When we Intentionally bring mindful awareness to our lives, we move from autopilot to intentional action. We are no longer reacting out of old patterns but instead have the opportunity to respond to life. Each day, choose one activity to bring mindful awareness to. Choose something that Is already in your routine, like brushing your teeth, walking to your car, or doing the dishes. It could be the same activity or a different one each day.
